  Matsubayashi Shorin Ryu Karate- Do is one of the most popular styles of karate in the world today. This fabulous color film shot in 1965 by Sensei Chotoku Omine in Naha Okinawa, shows the style’s founder, master Shoshin Nagamine, Chotoku Omine, Jokei Kushi,Shinyei Kyan, Takayoshi Nagamine and many others. Approx.30 minutes Full Color.
  The many katas of this style are performed in full power, as well as kobudo katas; Kyan no Sai, Shirotaro no Kon, and more. The unique ippon kumite(sparring sets) conditioning exercises and breaking techniques complete this presentation to reveal the essence and beauty of this style like never before.
